WEEKLY SCHEDULE


Our calendar is up-to-date and displays the times and classes being offered.  Classes range from heat building, stimulating Vinyasa style classes, to mildly stimulating Hatha style classes, to supportive, relaxing restorative and meditation classes.
We are proud to be the only studio that offers dedicated meditation classes and more traditional styles of yoga such as Kundalini and Ashtanga.

All of our classes are included in each membership tier which offers unlimited monthly yoga classes. If you aren't sure if you are ready to become a member, sign up for our trial membership. 14 days for $14 dollars.
