Hello!
My name is Lora and I have been a RYT200 level yoga instructor for a little under a year. I grew up in Butte, MT played volleyball, basketball, and track for Butte High School and continued my volleyball career into College playing for the University of Great Falls for 1 season. I love to travel and have been to 5 different countries as part of my journey to see the world. I also thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and love camping, floating, and playing Folf in the summer and cross country skiing or snowshoeing in the winter. I have been practicing Yoga for most of my adult life but it wasn’t until a traumatic event in 2017 when I decided to truly pursue it as a way to heal my mind and body. Breathwork and mindfulness go hand in hand for me when I practice Yoga or meditate. I follow and teach in an Iyengar style of yoga which focuses on the position of the body to achieve a deeper connection with ourselves. I am currently working on my certifications in trauma informed Yoga and Yoga for stress relief.
